Bespoke Consultation
The Bespoke Consultation is the starting point for your journey. It's all about you and understanding your jewellery needs, whether you're looking for a new piece, a special gemstone, or want to revamp an existing item.
We kick things off with a conversation, either in person with a coffee or tea, or through a convenient Zoom call. This chat is your time to share your likes, dislikes, desires, and must-haves. I encourage you to to ask questions, as I'm here to provide you with expert advice and as much information as you need.
The goal is simple: to ensure you have all the insights required to make a well-informed decision. Your preferences and questions are at the heart of The Bespoke Consultation, setting the stage for the creation of your personalized jewellery masterpiece.
This is a no-pressure, no obligation-to-buy, pre-booked appointment*. Appointments are booked in one-hour time slots. They range from a minimum of fifteen minutes to a maximum of one hour in length.
Bijou Creation
Following your Bespoke Consultation, we'll dive into the Bijou Creation process. This entails sourcing gemstones, crafting design sketches, and gathering quotes. Once the sourcing phase is wrapped up, you can expect a comprehensive PDF document recapping the Bespoke Consultation, featuring photos and/or sketches of your chosen designs, along with corresponding prices.
The next step unfolds when you've reviewed and confirmed the design(s) of your new jewellery pieces from the PDF provided during the Exclusive Sourcing stage. Throughout the crafting journey, I will ensure you're kept in the loop regarding the status of your bespoke jewellery.
Upon the completion of your unique piece(s), we'll arrange a convenient pickup. You can expect to receive an invoice in advance of the pickup date as payment due on the day of pickup. Your Bijou Creation experience is a seamless, tailored journey from consultation to possession.

Bespoke Consultation
It all begins with a conversation. The Bespoke Consultation is a discussion to understand what you are looking for in a new piece of jewellery or a sought-after gemstone or if you simply want to update a piece of existing jewellery. This time is dedicated to discovering what you like, dislike, want and need. We start with a chat over coffee or tea or Zoom to give you time to gather the information you need to make an informed decision. During your appointment, you are encouraged to ask questions. I will offer their knowledge and expertise in order to give you as much information as possible.

Exclusive Sourcing
After your Bespoke Consolation, MJC will begin the sourcing process. The time to complete the sourcing process is determined on the individual basis of the requirements. Once sourcing is complete a pdf document containing a summary of the Bespoke Consultation, photos and/or sketches of your choices as well as the corresponding prices will be delivered. The prices listed will be applicable for 14 days after receiving the pdf. Please note that this is a non-refundable deposit paid prior to sourcing beginning. Upon final approval of your order, the deposit will be applied to your purchase. Any additional changes will cause a delay in the delivery and will incur further costs**.

*If the client is late without prior notice and/or an acceptable reason, time will be deducted from the meeting. If the attendee is a no-show, a fee of 150QAR is required at the time of booking a new appointment. This appointment can not be done over email or WhatsApp.**Additional options including but not limited to changes in the design, the gemstone type, cut, colour, size and/or the budget can be purchased on an individual basis of 150QAR per option or 350QAR for a set of 3. This fee does not go towards the final piece. Once a new option is approved, a new pick-up time will be set.Jewel Creation
You have confirmed the design(s) of your new piece(s) of jewellery from the pdf you received in the Exclusive Sourcing. MJC will keep you updated on the status of your new jewellery. Once the jewellery is completed, pick-up will be arranged. An invoice will be sent prior to pick-up. Payment can be via cash or bank transfer and is due on the day of pick-up.
